The Ballroom, LLC offers 3 gorgeous and spacious ballrooms to choose from…each filled with extravagant special effects lighting and state-of-the-art computerized sound systems. Our exquisite facilities make this a dramatic setting for upscale fundraisers, concerts, performances and more.
Dinner Party with Dance Floor in Ambassador Ballroom
We are one of the few facilities in the Portland area who can host over 1000 guests. We are also one of the few facilities in Portland that provides a full on-site kitchen, allow self-catering, and do not restrict catering service to certain companies.
Free parking is available 24 hours a day in our 2 parking lots, as well as ample free parking in our neighborhood.
Fundraisers
Guests will know they’re at a truly special event as soon as they pass through our marble-tiled entryway and step into your fundraiser in one of our truly grand ballrooms. Need help providing elegant and captivating entertainment? We can provide live, fully-costumed ballroom dance shows as you see on “Dancing With The Stars,” through The Ballroom Dance Company, a local dance school that operates at our facility.

Our grand ballrooms whisk guests away to another era with pristine polished oak floors, carpeted balconies overlooking each ballroom, softly lit chandeliers and more. Every detail down to granite countertops in all restrooms says “This is an amazing party!”
Academic & Theater Groups
We provide substantial discounts for academic and theater group practice, class and meeting events which do not involve bringing in any food or furnishings, or use special effects lighting.

We provide substantial discounts for dance events which do not involve bringing in any food or furnishings, or use special effects lighting.

Concerts
Each ballroom features up to 11 built-in professional speakers, saving cost of set-up and use of your own sound system. Ballrooms also feature a variety of special effects lighting including LEDs, gobos, disco balls, black lights and/or spotlights. All our ballrooms also have carpeted elegant balconies, and build-in computerized ipod and CD-compatible DJ systems with professional wired microphone. Concerts require a $3,000 refundable cleaning and damage security deposit.
