Weddings

Wedding Reception in the Champions Ballroom

Prices start at $750, plus $300 refundable security deposit for cleaning and damage.
Surcharges include:
- DJ ($90/hour)
- Additional staff (1 receptionist provided until 11pm)(reception, set-up, dance hosts)($90/hour)
- If you serve food ($150)
- If you serve alcohol ($100-$500)
* The Ballroom requires all events that serve or provide any form of alcohol to be in complete compliance with the OLCC rules and regulations. The individual/group in charge of the event is responsible for verifying compliance. We require liquor liability insurance, and you may need a Temporary Liquor License. To ensure your event is in compliance with the law, please check with you caterer to make sure they are allowed to serve alcohol. More information for Weddings can be found at the OLCC. - Use of our kitchen (includes 3 ovens, microwave, sink)($50)
- Bringing in any furnishing such as tables, chairs, stage, canopy ($500)
- Please note: We allow alcohol to be served, however you must provide your own licensed bartender.
- $50 discount if you remove 100% of your garbage from our premises (not in our interior or exterior garbage cans)

Concerts
Prices start at $6,000, plus $3,000 refundable cleaning & damage deposit. Surcharges include:
- Technical advisor ($350/hour)
- Additional staff (1 receptionist provided until 11pm)(reception, set-up, dance hosts)($90/hour)
- If you sell food ($300-$1,000)
- If you sell alcohol ($500-$1,000)
- Use of our kitchen (includes 3 ovens, microwave, sink)($50)
- Bringing in any furnishing such as tables, chairs, stage, canopy ($3,000)
We allow alcohol to be served, however you must provide your own insurance and licensed bartender.

Fundraisers

Prices start at $40/hour.
Surcharges include:
- Bringing in any furnishing such as tables, chairs, stage, canopy ($20-$500)
We do not allow alcohol to be served at these events.

Dances
Prices start at $100/hour for dances closed to the public. We also offer profit-sharing for individuals/groups who would like to host dances open to the public, and discounts for public schools. We do not allow alcohol to be served at events open to the public.
